USelf built the Lướt Kiếp app as a Free, Ad-supported game. This Service is provided by USelf at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application is built with a client-only architecture. We do not operate any backend servers to collect, store, or process your personal gameplay data. All game progression (stats, status tags, soul points, unlocked traits, settings) is saved locally on your device using on-device storage and is never transmitted to servers operated by us.

However, the Application does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Below is a list of each third-party service provider used by the Application, along with a link to their privacy policy:

• Google Play Services
• Google AdMob — We use AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect and use your Google Advertising ID (GAID), IP address, device information, and interaction data to deliver personalized and non-personalized ads.
• Google Firebase Analytics — We use Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with the game (e.g., screen views, session duration, in-game events). Firebase collects device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data. This data is aggregated and anonymized; we do not use it to personally identify individual users.
• Expo — We use Expo and Expo Updates for over-the-air (OTA) content updates.

2. Advertising

The Application displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob may collect and use the following data:

• Google Advertising ID (GAID)
• IP address and general location (country/region level)
• Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we implement a GDPR-compliant consent dialog (via Google UMP SDK) before serving personalized ads. You may choose to receive only non-personalized ads.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time by adjusting your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

3. Device Permissions

The Application may request the following device permissions:

• Photo Library / Media Library: Required only when you choose to save or share your Life Card image to your device. We do not access, scan, or upload any other photos from your library.
• Internet Access: Required for serving advertisements and receiving over-the-air content updates.

4. Local Data Storage

The Application uses on-device storage (AsyncStorage and SecureStore) to save:

• Game progress (character stats, status tags, current run state)
• Unlocked achievements, traits, and endings
• Soul Points balance
• User preferences and settings

This data stays entirely on your device and is never transmitted to any external server operated by us.

5. Data Deletion

Since all gameplay data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it:

• Clear app data: Go to your device Settings → Apps → Lướt Kiếp → Storage → Clear Data. This will erase all saved progress.
• Uninstall the app: Uninstalling the Application will permanently delete all locally stored data.
• Advertising data: To reset your Advertising ID, go to your device Settings → Google → Ads → Reset Advertising ID.

If you wish to request deletion of any data collected by our third-party partners (AdMob, Firebase Analytics), please contact us at dev.trongle@gmail.com and we will assist you with the process.

6. Log Data

In the event of an error in the Application, we may collect diagnostic data through third-party services. This Log Data may include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, the time and date of usage, and other diagnostic statistics.

7. Children's Privacy

This Application is not directed at children. The Application carries a content rating of 17+ due to mature themes including dark humor, satire, and simulated life events. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information through our third-party services, we will take immediate steps to delete such information. 8. Security

We value your trust and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Links to Other Sites

This Application may contain links to external sites, for example through advertisements. These external sites are not operated by us. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of any external website you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. You are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
